Facom Screw Driver Set

Tools & Equipment

Last updated 9 September 2026

Product Summary

The Facom Screw Driver Set ATW.J10PB contains 10 PROTWIST screwdrivers covering common slotted, Phillips and Pozidriv fasteners.

A screwdriver set may not be the most exciting purchase, but it will be one of the most frequently used parts of an onboard tool kit. This set is suitable for access panels, machinery covers, pumps, interior fittings and everyday repair work.

FACOM tools are regularly found aboard professional yachts. They cost more than a basic DIY set, but the quality, comfort and corrosion resistance make them better suited to frequent use.

Why TYMH Likes It

TYMH has personally used this set onboard and would recommend it as a strong addition to a boat’s main tool kit.

The screwdrivers are comfortable, easy to control and built to withstand regular use. Their corrosion resistance has also proven valuable in the humid, salt-heavy marine environment. They still need to be cleaned and stored correctly, but they hold up considerably better than many cheaper alternatives.

The only limitation is that the set does not include Torx, hex or insulated electrical screwdrivers, so it will not cover every onboard job.

Best for

  • General yacht and boat maintenance
  • Removing access panels and machinery covers
  • Maintaining pumps and other equipment
  • Adjusting deck and interior fittings
  • Non-live electrical work after safe isolation
